The Kaweco piston filler – timeless elegance meets the highest craftsmanship.
The history of Kaweco goes back to 1883. Over time, there have been many different systems for filling a fountain pen. While ink cartridges are the most common nowadays, the piston mechanism allows the ink to be drawn directly from the glass into the integrated ink chamber of the fountain pen. Ink cartridges are therefore obsolete.
The Kaweco Sport piston fountain pen is the smallest of its kind due to its sophisticated and compact mechanism in terms of the ratio of pen size to ink filling volume. Its small size makes it ideal for on the go and ensures a long and pleasant writing experience.
The transparent ink window allows you to keep an eye on the ink level at all times. If the ink runs out, the piston fountain pen can be refilled quickly and easily thanks to the particularly smooth filling mechanism.
The matt anodized surface of the robust aluminum casing is extremely durable and gives the pen a high-quality feel. The perfect balance between the weight and diameter of the fountain pen also ensures that the hand does not tire even after long periods of writing. The combination with gold decorative elements extends the functionality with stylish elegance, thus uniting traditional filling methods with the modern age.
